A 1.0. : Requested customer's contact and ordering information. Such as company name, contact information, phone, fax, email address, mailing address, item interested & quantity or etc...
A 1.1. : Customer may request Performa Invoice or Quotation before purchase and do not make any payment directly without inform. We will provide Bank Account Number for payment transaction.( Tele-Transfer or T/T. ) After reconfirm, collection of goods or delivery will be make after the payment settle.
A 1.2. : Customer may appoint own transport agent or forwarder to collect goods from us. Before collection please inform. Or others arrangement, please advice.
A 1.3. : All price quoted F.O.B. Port Klang
or Klang Valley, Selangor D.E. Malaysia. Cash and Carry.
A 1.4. : All price quoted with term and condition. Price subject to change without prior notice. The company reserve the right to cancel or do not accept the order without any notice.
Q 2. : How is your product's quality ?
A 2.0. : Basically the quality or material specification informations are stated below the product description, if available. All products are checked before delivery to customer. Dimension subject to general tolerance.
A 2.1. : For critical or any others special quality requirement, please contact us before purchase.
A 2.2. : If any doubt about product's quality, we suggest that customer order in low volumn of quantity for initial stage to test or try up. We hope to be your long term business partner.
